- 4-5 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 ripe tomato or use sun dried tomatoes cut into bite size pieces
- 1-2 tsp. Ellbees Original
- 2 tsp.fresh cilantro chopped
- In serving bowl, peel and cut avocado, and tomato. Add Ellbee’s, cilantro and oil. Toss gently. Serve with tortilla scoops or celery sticks.
