Description
Two 12 x 6 and 3/4″ thick cedar planks.
Soak planks in water, juice, wine or beer for 1 hour or more before using. Heat one side of plank on your grill for about 5 min. then turn over and add your food directly on the plank. TIP: cut small piece of foil (fire wall) and place directly under plank if your cooking on a gas or charcoal grill. Check out our simple recipes for planking fish, chicken, pork and shrimp.
