Ingredients
Method
- Season venison with Ellbee's Original Gourmet Garlic, salt and pepper. Set up three shallow bowls with flour, eggs and panko. Coat each piece in flour, egg and panko, pressing crumbs on firmly.
- Heat a thin layer of neutral oil in a skillet with Ellbee's Garlic Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Fry venison in batches until crisp and cooked to your preferred doneness, about 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare pieces.
- Stir yogurt, Ellbee's Champagne Balsamic Vinegar, chives, a pinch of salt and pepper together for the dipping sauce.
- Serve hot venison bites with the balsamic dip, lemon wedges and pickled onions.
Notes
Time: 35 min
Kitchen tip: For tender bites, use naturally tender cuts such as backstrap or loin and do not crowd the pan while frying.
