Zesty Mustard Pork Chops

Sweet mustard glaze, zesty garlic, and a kiss of balsamic make these pork chops the kind of easy supper that disappears before you have a chance to package leftovers. The apples and green beans turn the plate into a full fall-flavor moment without extra fuss.
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings: 5 servings
Course: Main Dishes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Rub the pork chops with Zesty Garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk the Habanero Olive Oil, mustard, brown sugar, and Peach White Balsamic into a glossy glaze.
  2. Sear the chops in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side. Brush with half the glaze, then arrange apples and green beans around the chops.
  3. Roast for 12 to 16 minutes, brushing once more with the glaze, until the pork reaches 145°F and the apples are tender around the edges.
  4. Rest the pork for 5 minutes. Spoon the pan apples and green beans alongside each chop and serve hot.

Notes

Time: 45 min
Kitchen tip: If you are feeding spice-sensitive guests, use Chef's Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil in place of Habanero Olive Oil. You will still get all the zesty sweetness.
