  1. Beat cream cheese, cheddar, Ellbee's Zesty Gourmet Garlic, Ellbee's Garlic Olive Oil, scallions and pecans together until creamy and evenly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ring on a serving plate, leaving a wide well in the center. Press extra chopped pecans around the outside and chill for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Stir strawberry preserves with Ellbee's Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar until glossy, then spoon into the center just before serving.
  4. Serve with buttery crackers and fresh strawberries for a sweet-salty, savory first bite.
