New Accounts
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, and Credit Cards. On Opening Orders, we require payment by Credit Card or Check/Money order prior to shipping. Net 30 terms may be established by submitting a credit application for approval. (We will maintain a credit card on file and reserve the right to apply the appropriate charges if the bill is not paid in a timely manner.) Credit applications are available upon request. Allow up to two weeks for processing.
Returned Checks
Returned check will result in payment terms being changed to Credit Card, Cash, or Certified Check. All pending orders will be held until the balance is cleared. The customer will be charged $25.00, plus any bank fees.
Late Payments
Late payments will result in all pending orders being held until payment is received, unless special payment arrangements are made directly with Ellbees. Any costs incurred by Ellbees in the collection of an account, such as agency fees, attorney fees or court costs will be charged to the customer. This includes finance charges of 1.85% (22%APR) on all past due balances.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. The majority of orders are shipped UPS. On small orders, (2 lbs or less), we try to ship US Mail. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, COD fees, insurance, (if desired), and handling charges, unless negotiated directly with Ellbees.
Damages and Shortages
Damages and shortages must be reported with 48 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. If the shipment is delivered damaged, opened or re-taped you must file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. We can assist you in this process. If you have a shortage or if there is an error in your shipment, contact us immediately and we will rectify the matter.
Returns
Only manufacturer defects or damaged items due to shipping will be authorized for return unless specifically negotiated directly with Ellbees. All other returns must be negotiated directly with Ellbees and might be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Internet Sales
Should the customer want to sell Ellbees products on their website, we will work with the appropriate party to supply information. We request that the customer not undercut Ellbee’s pricing as sold on the corporate website, www.ellbees.com. We further request that the customer not sell Ellbees products on EBAY, AMAZON or other internet venues other than their own company website.

All prices shown are wholesale prices. Suggested retail is keystone (double).
Placing Wholesale Orders
Orders can be placed as follows:
- Online Wholesale Order Form – this is a secure form that will compute the order. Ellbees will add the shipping once the order has been packed. www.ellbees.com/wrp Password: ellbees in lower case. All credit card information is secure. The retailer will receive a confirmation email followed by a Quick Books invoice when the order is processed.
