Original Pimento Cheese Ball
This is the cheese ball that earns a permanent place in the family recipe box: fluffy, tangy, flecked with pimento and rolled in crunchy nuts. Original garlic and a tiny splash of champagne balsamic add just enough gourmet lift without losing the nostalgic cracker-and-celery magic.
Ingredients
Method
- Beat cream cheese, pimento cheese, blue cheese, Ellbee's Original Gourmet Garlic, Ellbee's Garlic Olive Oil and Ellbee's Champagne Balsamic Vinegar together until light and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes so the mixture firms enough to shape. Form into one large ball or three smaller balls.
- Roll in toasted nuts, pressing gently so they adhere. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Set out with celery sticks and buttery crackers. The flavor is best after an overnight rest.
Notes
Time: 25 min
Kitchen tip: Use a small cookie scoop to make mini cheese-ball bites for a cocktail party—one less thing for guests to balance on a plate.
