Zesty Toasted Pecans
A pan of warm, glossy toasted pecans can turn a regular get-together into a proper grazing table. These have a savory zesty-garlic edge, a buttery finish and a tiny bourbon-balsamic spark that makes them dangerously easy to keep grabbing by the handful.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat oven to 300°F and spread pecans on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Melt butter with Ellbee's Butter Olive Oil in a small skillet. Whisk in Ellbee's Zesty Gourmet Garlic, Ellbee's Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and cayenne.
- Pour the warm mixture over pecans and toss until every nut looks coated. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Cool completely on the pan; the coating will crisp as it cools. Add rosemary just before serving if using.
Notes
Time: 35 min
Kitchen tip: Make a double batch for gifts. Once cool, the pecans keep well in an airtight jar for about two weeks.
