Asian Ginger Feta Burgers
A burger night upgrade with a little sweet heat, cool feta and crunchy cabbage. The rich beef patty gets a ginger-forward lacquer while a bright, fast slaw keeps every bite from feeling heavy—big backyard flavor, no complicated prep.
Ingredients
Method
- Gently combine beef, Ellbee's Original Gourmet Garlic, 1/2 cup feta, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Form six loose patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes so they hold together on the grill.
- Whisk Ellbee's Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Toss cabbage and half the scallions with Ellbee's Garlic Olive Oil, a small spoonful of the balsamic mixture and a pinch of salt.
- Grill or pan-sear the burgers over medium-high heat, about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium, brushing with the remaining honey-ginger glaze during the final minute.
- Spread buns with mayonnaise, add the burgers, pile on slaw, then finish with feta and the remaining scallions.
Notes
Time: 35 min
Kitchen tip: Mix burger meat just until combined—overworking it is the fastest route to a tight, dry patty.
