Strawberry Herb Lemonade
A pitcher of pink lemonade becomes a backyard-event showstopper when it is full of berries, lemon wheels and fresh garden herbs. Strawberry and raspberry balsamics deepen the fruit without making it syrupy, while mint, rosemary and dill keep every glass refreshingly unexpected.
Ingredients
Method
- Add lemonade, cranberry juice, Ellbee's Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Ellbee's Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar to a large glass pitcher. Stir until the vinegars are fully blended in.
- Add berries, lemon slices, mint, rosemary and dill. Press the herbs once or twice against the side of the pitcher with a spoon to release their aroma without bruising them too much.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer it rests, the prettier and more fragrant it becomes.
- Serve over ice with a spoonful of berries and a fresh herb sprig in each glass.
Notes
Time: 20 min
Kitchen tip: For an adults-only variation, add 1½ cups berry vodka or light rum to the finished pitcher. Keep a nonalcoholic pitcher alongside it so everyone can enjoy the same beautiful drink.
