Blueberry Goat-Cheese Crostini
Sweet berries, tangy goat cheese, crunchy pecans and a quick balsamic drizzle make these little toasts look like the appetizer table had a glow-up. They are fast, colorful and exactly what you want with a chilled glass and people you like.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat the oven to 400°F. Brush the baguette rounds with Ellbee's Rosemary Olive Oil and toast until the edges are crisp and golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Whip goat cheese, cream cheese and Ellbee's Original Gourmet Garlic with a fork until light and spreadable. In a small saucepan, simmer Ellbee's Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly syrupy.
- Spread each warm toast with the goat-cheese mixture. Top with blueberries and pecans, drizzle with the reduced balsamic and finish with thyme, flaky salt and black pepper.
Notes
Time: 20 min
Kitchen tip: For a make-ahead party move, prep each component early, then assemble the toasts just before serving so they stay crisp.
