Ingredients
4 oz. cold espresso, or strong cold brewed coffee
2 oz. heavy cream
2 oz vodka (optional) Make it a mocktail
1 tsp. Ellbee’s chocolate balsamic
pinch of sea salt (optional, or top on top of foam and coffee beans)
3 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions: Add ingredients into shaker, shake with ice for 45 seconds. Drizzle chilled glass with chocolate balsamic or syrup, fill glass and top with beans, and salt. Relax and enjoy
