Lemon Bacon-Almond Spinach
A skillet of spinach becomes the side everyone talks about when it gets bright lemon, crispy bacon, toasted almonds, and a polished balsamic finish. Fast, colorful, and proof that a vegetable can absolutely have main-character energy.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat Garlic Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in Lemon Zest Garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add spinach by the handful, turning until just wilted. Remove from heat and fold in bacon, almonds, Champagne Balsamic, and lemon zest.
- Season with pepper and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Time: 15 min
Kitchen tip: Keep the heat moving and stop while the spinach still looks glossy green—the residual heat will finish the job.
