Original Steakhouse Mushroom Topper
Deeply browned mushrooms, a splash of bourbon balsamic, and savory Original garlic make this the finishing move for steaks, burgers, chicken, or creamy polenta. Make extra—these mushrooms rarely make it to the table without someone sampling straight from the skillet.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat Bacon Olive Oil and butter in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms in one layer and leave them undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Stir and cook until mushrooms are deeply browned. Add Original Garlic and rosemary, then cook for 30 seconds.
- Deglaze with Bourbon Balsamic and simmer until the pan juices turn glossy. Spoon over your favorite grilled entrée.
Notes
Time: 20 min
Kitchen tip: Crowded mushrooms steam. Use the widest skillet you have and cook in batches if necessary.
