Tuscan Spaghetti Squash
This is the light, saucy, cheesy comfort dish that makes spaghetti squash feel like an actual dinner instead of a compromise. Tuscan garlic, bright tomato-basil balsamic, and bubbly Parmesan give every golden strand big Italian-night flavor.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat oven to 400°F. Rub cut sides of squash with Tuscan Garlic and Original Garlic, place cut-side down on a sheet pan, and roast 35 to 40 minutes until tender.
- Scrape the strands into a bowl, toss with marinara and Tomato Basil Balsamic, then return the mixture to the squash shells.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 10 minutes more, then broil briefly until the cheese bubbles and browns.
Notes
Time: 65 min
Kitchen tip: Roast the squash cut-side down for the best caramelized edges and the driest, most spaghetti-like strands.
