Tuscan Italian Sub Sandwich
This is a deli-counter-sized Italian sub with a little more swagger: savory meats, melty provolone, crunchy lettuce, tangy peppers, and a creamy Tuscan dressing that ties every bite together. Slice it into generous sections for a game-day spread, an easy road-trip lunch, or the night when cooking should feel like a treat instead of a chore.
Ingredients
Method
- Whisk mayonnaise, Tuscan Garlic, Asian Zing Garlic, Tomato Basil Balsamic, salt, and pepper. Spread generously over both cut sides of the loaf.
- Layer salami, roast beef, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, and banana peppers. Press the loaf together firmly so every section holds its layers.
- Wrap tightly in parchment for 10 minutes, then slice into six hearty portions and serve.
Notes
Time: 20 min
Kitchen tip: The quick parchment rest is worth it: it keeps the fillings in place and makes every slice look like it came from a great deli.
