Zesty Apricot Party Wings
Sticky apricot wings are a party classic, but zesty garlic and honey-ginger balsamic give the glaze a brighter, deeper finish. Bake them until lacquered and caramelized, then bring plenty of napkins—these are the messy, shiny wings everyone hopes appear on the table.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Toss wings with Ellbee's Habanero Olive Oil and arrange skin-side up on a rack set over a sheet pan. Roast for 35 minutes, turning once.
- Meanwhile, simmer apricot preserves, soy sauce, Ellbee's Zesty Gourmet Garlic, Ellbee's Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar and ginger in a small saucepan until glossy and slightly thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Brush wings generously with glaze and return to the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, brushing once more halfway through, until caramelized and cooked through.
- Finish with sesame and scallions. Serve hot with celery and blue-cheese dip.
Notes
Time: 65 min
Kitchen tip: Line the pan with foil under the rack for painless cleanup—the apricot glaze gets beautifully sticky as it bakes.
