Tuscan Herb Pull-Apart Rolls
A skillet full of warm rolls brushed with Tuscan garlic butter is about as welcoming as a recipe can get. They bake up fluffy inside, crisp around the edges and disappear one fragrant pull at a time.
Ingredients
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Grease an 8-inch cast-iron skillet or baking dish. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Stir butter, Ellbee's Butter Olive Oil, Ellbee's Tuscan Gourmet Garlic, Parmesan, herbs and pepper together. Toss biscuit pieces in the mixture until coated.
- Pile pieces loosely into the skillet. Bake until tall, browned and cooked through, 12 to 16 minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes so the butter settles into the rolls, then serve warm for pulling apart.
Notes
Time: 30 min
Kitchen tip: Do not pack the dough too tightly. A little space lets each roll rise and gives you those coveted crisp edges.
